My first reaction was: “See, Pakistanis can be all organized and efficient when they want to be!”
After looking at the letterhead of Mrs. Nargis Makhdoom, I could not think of any thing but to stand on my head.What will happen to a country where person is recognised by his/her affiliation to some one on a high post. God save Pakistan.
